TechoWhen it comes to keywords, the old adage “quality over quantity” holds true.  Although search engines use the frequency of keywords on a web page, the more important aspect is placement.  Placing keywords in the title of a page puts far more emphasis on them than saying it 5 times in the text content of the page.   this could actually be considered “keyword stuffing” by the search engine and cause your page to rank even lower on the SERP.
